Introduction:
xylanase in plants exists with kinds of Complex molecules polymer together such as:amylum,pectin, cellulose, β- glucan ,protein ,lipid and so on. So, xylanase can hydrolyze xylan for Using only, but the more effective way to hydrolyzing cellulose is the mixed use with other relative enzymes, in which the use-cost will be reduced.

One unit activity is equal to 1μmol reducing sugar ,which produced by hydrolyzing xylan in 1enzyme powder (1ml liquid enzyme) at 37°C, ph 5.5 in 1 min.

 Application:
(1) Degrade xylan, reduce the viscosity of chyme in the intestinal tract.

(2) Break down the structure of the cell wall and eliminate the anti-nutritional factors, thus improving the digestion efficiency of nutrient substance.

(3) Improve the metabolic energy of feed, lower feed cost and improve feed quality.

(4) Generate a large amount of xylo-oligosaccharides, improve the intestinal microflora, and benefit animal health. 

Function

1. Enzyme preparations belong to protein, non-toxic, harmless to human, which may induce sensitization and cause allergic type reactions in sensitized individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided. After touching the product, hands should be washed with warm water and soap.
