Pepsin belongs to pure natural enzyme preparation, which is protein. The food containing enzyme preparation is just like eating food containing protein, which is beneficial and harmless to human body.

2. Food industryPepsin can be used in fish meal manufacturing and hydrolysis of other proteins (such as soy protein), milk clotting in cheese making (combined with chymosin), and can be used to prevent cold storage turbidity of beer.
3. Pharmaceutical industryPepsin is used as pharmaceutical raw materials to produce various functional foods, dietary supplements and drugs.Pepsin is a kind of over-the-counter biopharmaceutical drug, which is commonly used in children with accumulated food, chronic atrophic gastritis, dyspepsia or protein dyspepsia caused by gastric cancer cachexia.
