California Badanmu helps people with type 2 diabetes improve long-term blood sugar levels

California Badanmu is a crispy and delicious snack nut that is rich in protein, dietary fiber and vitamin E, and provides essential nutrients such as calcium, niacin, riboflavin and magnesium.

The control variables controlled by the California Badanmu Association for three different populations in China, India and the United States prove that California's Badanmu is beneficial to help the body resist the "sugar" cannonball.

First, in a study of 33 Chinese patients with type 2 diabetes, a 60-gram daily dose of Californian almonds was added to the patient's healthy diet, a change that has been made to maintain blood sugar levels and cardiovascular disease. Significantly affected.

California's Badanmu recipe has a higher nutritional value overall, but as the study predicts, whether the diet contains almonds does not improve blood sugar status or cardiovascular risk factors. But the researchers found that in the well-controlled subjects with type 2 diabetes, the California Badanmu diet reduced fasting blood glucose levels by 6% and HbA1 (glycated hemoglobin) by 3% in two to three months.

These results suggest that the addition of Californian almonds to healthy diets can help improve long-term blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes who have better disease control.

Another study of 50 high-cholesterol type 2 diabetic patients in India found that unbaked whole Californian almonds as a 20% calorie source in a balanced diet can significantly improve heart health associated with type 2 diabetes. Indicators include waist circumference, total cholesterol, triglycerides, and low-density lipoprotein as "bad cholesterol."

Thus, in India, California's Badanmu also demonstrates the beneficial effects of inhibiting cardiovascular risk factors associated with type 2 diabetes.

Finally, a randomized controlled clinical study [5] added 1.5 ounces (about 42 grams) of Californian almonds to the diet to explore the effects of this change on diabetes and heart disease risk factors within 12 weeks, targeting 21 patients. Control of patients with type 2 diabetes in the United States.

Cardiac inflammation-related C-reactive protein (CRP) levels were compared with subjects who received the Californian almond, an average age of 57.8 years, compared with the control group who did not receive California almonds and had an average age of 54.7 years. Reduced by nearly 30%. Increased levels of C-reactive protein are associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes.
